These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of das.deals and purchases from Das Filter, LLC ("Das Filter," "we," "us," or "our"), an Austin, Texas company. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Age requirement (21+)

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this website and to purchase our products. By entering the site or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21. We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe this requirement is not met.

2. Products and intended use

We sell filter tips, banana leaf cones, rolling accessories, and related smoking accessories. Our products are intended for tobacco and other lawful adult use only. Nothing on this site is medical advice. We make no health claims. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.

3. Accounts, wholesale, and site use

Retail browsing does not require an account. Wholesale access is for approved businesses under separate wholesale terms shown in the wholesale application and portal. You agree not to misuse the site (including scraping, attacking, or attempting to access non-public systems). We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these Terms.

4. Orders and pricing

Product descriptions and prices on the site are invitations to order, not binding offers until we accept your order. We may correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, or refuse an order. Order totals shown at checkout include applicable discounts; shipping and taxes (if any) are disclosed before you pay.

5. Payment

Retail checkout is processed through Authorize.net's hosted payment page. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout. Wholesale orders may be invoiced or paid as described in the wholesale portal.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping, delivery estimates, damaged shipments, and return rules are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Privacy

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
