This Privacy Policy explains how Das Filter, LLC ("Das Filter," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use das.deals. We sell smoking accessories to adults 21+ in the United States.

1. Information we collect

Order and checkout information: name, email, shipping address, order contents, payment status, and related details needed to fulfill retail orders. Card payments are handled by Authorize.net; we do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
Contact and support: messages you send to dasfilter1@gmail.com or through our contact form.
Wholesale applications: business name, contact name, email, phone, address, tax/resale information, and uploaded certificates submitted via Netlify Forms on our wholesale pages.
Wholesale portal activity: login email, catalog views, and wholesale order details submitted through our Netlify Functions and forms.
Transactional email: we send order and wholesale-related emails using Resend.
Analytics: on some pages we use PostHog (us.i.posthog.com) to understand site usage (for example page views and basic product events). PostHog may set cookies or similar identifiers.
Age gate: if you confirm you are 21 or older, we store a localStorage value and a cookie (about 30 days) so we do not ask again on every visit.
Cart and promo codes: your browser may store cart contents and applied promo codes in localStorage.

Process and fulfill orders, including shipping and payment confirmation
Respond to customer and wholesale inquiries
Review wholesale applications and operate the wholesale portal
Send transactional emails related to orders or wholesale accounts

Authorize.net (payments)
Shipping carriers (fulfillment)
Netlify (hosting, forms, and serverless functions)
Resend (email delivery)
PostHog (analytics, where enabled)
FormSubmit (legacy order notification email on the thank-you page, where used)

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

5. Data retention

We keep order, wholesale, and support records as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.

6. Security

We use HTTPS and industry-standard payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; please use a strong unique password for wholesale access and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Children

This site is for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your choices

You may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, or ask questions about this policy, by emailing dasfilter1@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law (including, where relevant, state privacy laws that apply to your request).

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised "Last updated" date.
