1. Papers: pick one or two sizes
Don't buy every size. Pick the one that fits how you roll:
- Single wide: small, solo rolls.
- 1 1/4: the everyday size, and the right place to start.
- King size slim: long but slim.
- King size: big rolls and sharing.

3. A few pre-rolled cones

- Vehicles: the CCD guide notes highways and streets count as public places, and it's illegal to operate a vehicle while under the influence.
